The location.

Noisy place.

This hotel is good, offers everything I need, including strong Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, tv, and air conditioning. The staff even helped me return my forgotten earpods on my first stay! I highly recommend enjoying their breakfast. I'm coming back for Christmas!

When we visit Rome, like staying here. All in all, it's charming place that has accommodating staff at the reception desk. The hotel restaurant is perfect.

Possibly the best and fine stay on a business trip. Good bed in the triple room, plus luggage storage and a balcony. A beautiful view from the window. Amazing and particularly good location, in the city centre. Based just off the train station, metro and buses, the Roma Termini which is the best place to get a train, bus or taxi connection, and the main train terminal.

A good standard hotel, my first choice in Rome. Overall clean property with superfriendly and accommodating staff at the reception desk. Central location and next to a train station. In the safe area with restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Good breakfast - lots of meals.

Not exactly what I expected

The location was ideal, just across from the train station, made exploring Rome easy. The heating in the room ensured a comfortable stay at the end of November.

The staff lacked courtesy and engagement during check-in. The shower facilities were cramped and inadequate.

The location is very convenient for getting around Rome.

The room was misrepresented, far too small, and sparsely furnished with little regard for comfort. The noise from other guests was unbearable at night, and the staff seemed indifferent to the concerns of guests.

The location was fantastic, right across from the main train station. We appreciated the 24-hour reception and the helpful staff. The breakfast options were generous.

The room could have benefited from a few more hangers to make towel reuse easier.

Location is unbeatable, directly across from Termini. The charming old-fashioned keys added a nostalgic touch! Highly satisfactory stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the lovely surprise of chocolates in the room and the clean, cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel also offers a small lounge area to unwind and a nice breakfast option, which was a plus! The only downside was that the bathroom could use a little updating, but it's nothing major that'll ruin your experience. 😊

Perfect Location for a Short Stay

The location directly across from Termini. Despite the small room, we enjoyed every moment exploring Rome. For future guests, definitely consider enjoying breakfast at local cafes nearby for some authentic Italian treats!

Check-in was cold, but the location is super convenient, right near Termini.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend jaunt in Rome with great value. The staff was always around and helpful whenever I needed anything. Consider visiting the nearby cafes for a quick breakfast instead of relying on the hotel's options.
